Accepted Payment Methods
     We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cash. All funds must be in U.S. Dollars. While personal checks are accepted, they must clear before we will ship. Cash payments must be concealed -- we are NOT responsible for cash payments lost in transit!
 
Wholesale Orders
     At this time we do not offer any bulk discounts for wholesale orders.
 
Custom Shirts
     We don`t do custom shirts. What you see is what you get. However, we do allow shirt idea submissions. Click here more information on our Idea Submission Program.




 

Shipping FAQ :..

 
Shipping Methods
     We ship via USPS. Delivery times range from 1-5 days depending on location. At this time we do not offer overnight or similar shipping services.
 
Domestic Shipping Rates
     Domestic shipping costs are based on a flat rate of US$4.50 for the first shirt and US$2.50 for each additional shirt.
 
Countries We Ship To
     We ship to anywhere in the world!
 
International Shipping & Rates
     International orders are shipped via USPS AirMail (4-7 days transit time). Shipping costs are based on average flat rates. View the chart below for international rates:

Additional International Charges
     Depending on your country, you may be subject to additional customs/carrier fees. Please check with your local customs department or branch office of the US Postal Service to determine what types of fees you may receive upon pickup based on the merchandise.
 
APO/FPO Addresses
     APO/FPO address orders are welcome but may be delayed depending on the forwarding speed. As expected, we have no control over the delivery speed to APO/FPO addresses.




 

Product Information FAQ :..

Styles, Sizes, and Colors
     At this time we offer T-Shirts with sizes ranging from Medium to XX-Large.
Color-wise, we offer 4 styles:
        - White shirt / Black design
        - Black shirt / White design
        - Red shirt / Black design
        - Red shirt / Yellow design
Don`t see a style, size, or color you`d like? Request a new style/color/size


Shirt Measurements
     The chart below shows approximate sizes.
       - Length is from bottom to collar.
       - Width is from underarm to underarm.

Shrinkage
     Our shirts are pre-shrunk by the manufacturer. You will notice very little to no shrinkage.




 

Affiliate Program FAQ :..

     We plan on setting up an affiliate program which pays $4 per shirt, plus gives $1 per shirt on sales brought in by affiliates under you. Sign up for our mailing list and we`ll let you know when we get it running!




 

Returns & Exchanges FAQ :..

     Satisfaction is guaranteed at BadDonkeyTshirts.com. If you have any problems with our products just return them and we`ll gladly let you exchange it or give you a refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of your order.

     Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly refund your order, minus shipping. Simply send your order to the address below. If you initially paid with a credit card, we will credit your card. If you paid via money order, check, or cash we will send you a money order for the purchase amount.

     Exchanges: For exchanges, please include a check or money order in the amount shown in our shipping table based on the number of items you are exchanging. Our carrier charges us these prices to send your merchandise therefore we must ask you to include it with your shipment. In addition, also include extra charges for more expensive items, such as XXL shirts.  ie If you are exchanging an XL for a XXL, please add on $2 to the reshipment fee for each shirt that applies. If you are exchanging multiple items, please let us know what you are exchanging for each item.

     Important: Please include your Order# with all shipments -- we cannot process your request without it. You can find your order# in the confirmation email sent to you after you placed your order.

     We at BadDonkeyTshirts.com understand that our customers` privacy is very important, and we take steps to keep your information private. Any and all information entered at BadDonkeyTshirts.com is not shared, rented out, or sold to third parties in any way. This includes email/billing/shipping addresses, names, and phone numbers. Your information is used solely for your experience on BadDonkeyTshirts.com. Sensitive credit card information is also protected. For security and record purposes, we only store the last four digits of your credit card on file. The rest is completely removed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
